Raphael as the HR and Admin Consultant of Growbiz Consulting Services, complements the CEO in running the operations of the Company. He serves as the engine of the entire organization. He brings on board, his past rich experience serving in various HR roles with Kempinski Hotel, Gold Coast City Hotel, Forewin Ghana Limited, Best Western Premier- Accra Airport Hotel, Aero Surveys Limited (Starbow) and TV3 Network Limited.
He is fellow of the HRM BAG Certification from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, India. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from University of Ghana and currently pursuing his chartered SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute – USA.
