Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.

Support the timely coordination and efficient organization of Office events, board meetings and ensuring that requisite supplies are in place. This will include catering arrangements, ordering, and setting up audio-visual equipment amongst others.

Assisting with logistics, preparing invitations, maintaining participation lists, compiling, printing, and organizing background materials into briefing books ahead of events, during and post event organization.

Handling of business correspondence, preparing of letters, reports, memos, and emails.

Recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized filing system.

Scheduling clients’ appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for management/employees, coordinating visa applications, obtaining security clearance, preparing travel request and travel claims in line with travel entitlement of our clients.

Ensuring the maintenance of office equipment’s such as scanners, fax machines and printer systems for the organization.

Continue population and maintenance of the Office database of contacts.

Assistance in the preparation of budget, budget monitoring, provision of information for audit.

Conducting research, surveys, and interviews to gain understanding of the business.
